The modern office building has two representative entrance areas and glass elevators to the floors.

The office space will be divided according to the tenants wishes. Flexible concepts with individual offices, double offices or open-plan areas can be easily implemented. The modern equipment includes, among other things, cooling ceilings in rental area 2, cavity floors with floor tanks, lighting suitable for the workplace, external sun protection, CAT 5 cabling, carpeting suitable for wheelchairs, fully equipped tea kitchens and some glass elements. Access control is via code cards, and there are also intercom systems with cameras. Sufficient parking spaces are available for rent in the in-house underground car park.
